Our program was established in 2012 as a girls’ grassroots basketball program in the DMV Metro area, which evolved from several other AAU programs coached by Tim and Katie Fudd in the early 2000s. Our program was established in 2012 as a girls’ grassroots basketball program in the DMV Metro area, which evolved from several other AAU programs coached by Tim and Katie Fudd in the early 2000s. What Tim and Katie saw in the AAU landscape were programs that wanted to win games at all costs, but without committing to the long process of developing players to reach their full potential. In January 2023, GTS Fusion then expanded the ability to provide quality basketball at the grassroots level by entering into a joint venture with Loudoun Flight.

Combined with our history of player development and coaching acumen, players are taught basketball concepts that allow them to understand the game and its finer points. We do this by fusing intelligence, work ethic, skills, and athleticism to create elite-level basketball players.
